Lee Byung Hun and Lee Min Jung in midst of wedding preparations

With their highly-anticipated wedding set to take place next weekend, South Korean power couple Lee Byung Hun and Lee Min Jung released photos from their wedding pictorial on Jul 30. The lovely pictures created much online buzz and even had netizens commenting that the pair “looked like they were shooting for a fashion magazine”.

One of the photos, which showed the two actors smiling brightly while holding each other’s hands, drew attention from their green-eyed fans. Min Jung’s company also revealed that the photographer was able to capture the most candid and natural expressions as he was a close mutual friend of the couple.

Byung Hun previously disclosed on a variety program that the couple broke up in 2006 due to their work commitments. Although they were rumoured to have reconciliated early last year, the lovebirds only went public with their relationship in August.

Following the announcement of Byung Hun and Min Jung’s big day, their company clarified that the date was chosen to suit the actor’s busy schedule, dismissing rumours which claimed that Min Jung was pregnant.

The wedding, which will be held at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul next Saturday (Aug 10), will be presided over by veteran actor Shin Young-kyun, while actor Lee Beom-soo and comedian-host Shin Dong-yup have been confirmed as the emcees of the night.

Min Jung’s company has also stated that the actress will work hard to fulfil her duties as a wife after getting married, while continuing to remain active in the entertainment industry.
